What is EMDR?
EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
- A psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.

What is TF-CBT?
TF-CBT: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- An evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents impacted by trauma and their parents or caregivers.
- TF-CBT skills can also be utilized by adults.
